Privacy Policy

Last updated June 2026

This policy explains what we collect when you use this website and get in touch, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and in plain language on purpose. doux (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for this site.

What we collect

  • What you send us. When you submit the contact form or run a Site X-Ray, we receive what you type — your name, email, company, message, or the URL you ask us to analyse.
  • Basic technical data. Like most websites, our server logs may briefly record IP address and request details to keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
  • Optional analytics. Only if you accept cookies, we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which work resonates. You can decline with no loss of functionality.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and scope potential work.
  • To run the analysis you explicitly request via the Site X-Ray.
  • To keep the site secure, fast and free of spam.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it except with the infrastructure providers needed to operate this site (for example our hosting provider), who process it on our instructions.

The Site X-Ray

When you enter a URL, our server fetches that public page once to measure it. We do not store the page contents; only the resulting scores are returned to your browser. We block requests to private or internal addresses for safety.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you’ve sent us at any time. Email aleo@douxdigital.com and we’ll handle it promptly. If you’re in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
